This Privacy Policy explains how Prodigy Intelligence Inc. (“Prodigy Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Coyote Deception Detection Studio and related APIs, websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
This policy covers invite-only and commercial users of Coyote web and Android clients that connect to Prodigy Intelligence–operated API hosts (including api.prodigyintel.com), and visitors to related legal and marketing pages that link here.
When an administrator creates or you manage an account, we collect identifiers such as name, email address, role, plan, authentication credentials (stored as password hashes), and terms-acceptance timestamps.
Depending on features you use, we process:
We automatically process operational data needed to run the Services, such as API request logs, job/session status, approximate timestamps, client/app version where provided, IP address, and error diagnostics. We do not sell personal information.
The Android app may request microphone access for live analysis and network access to communicate with the API. Uploads and exports use storage access through the system file picker / Downloads APIs as needed.
We use the information above to:
Analysis outputs are probabilistic indicators only. They are not determinations that deception or truth is present as a matter of fact.
Where required (for example under GDPR), we process personal data based on contract performance (providing the Services you request), legitimate interests (security, service integrity, product improvement that does not override your rights), consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.
We may share information with:
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Account records are retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, billing disputes, and legal compliance. Uploaded media, transcripts, job artifacts, and live-session data are retained as needed to complete analysis, support exports, operate the Service, and meet retention settings configured for the deployment. Administrators may soft-delete accounts; residual backups may persist for a limited period.
We use HTTPS for API traffic in production, access controls, and operational hardening appropriate to a closed-beta / production API host. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for obtaining any consents required before uploading or recording content that involves other people.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below. You may also stop using the Services and request account deletion through your administrator or Prodigy Intelligence support.
If microphone permission was granted on Android, you can revoke it in system settings; live analysis features that require the microphone will then be unavailable.
The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
